Functional material of Aluminum Tread Plate
1. Aluminum alloy tread plate: processed with 3003 as the key raw material. This kind of aluminum plate is also called anti-rust aluminum plate. The strength is slightly higher than that of ordinary aluminum alloy pattern plate. It can not reach the 5000 series of tread plate, so this product is used in rust prevention with less stringent requirements, such as truck models and cold storage floors.
2. Aluminum-magnesium alloy tread plate: It is made of 5000 series aluminum plate such as 5052 or 5083 as raw material, which has excellent milk corrosion resistance, hardness and anti-rust function. For daily use in unique places, such as ships, workshop lights and wet environments, this kind of aluminum plate has high hardness and certain load-bearing strength.
3. Ordinary aluminum alloy tread plate: The aluminum alloy Tread Plate processed with 1060 aluminum plate as the plate base can be suitable for daily environment and has low value. Daily cold storage, floor, and outer packaging use this tread plate.
